AEHRA’S DNA
MONOBODY ARCHITECTURE
Liberated from the need to accommodate a bulky internal combustion engine into the front of the car, AEHRA’s designers have delivered a revolution in automotive aesthetics. Leveraging a monobody macrostrucutre, the car’s silhouette takes the form of a single, stunning flowing line.
The distinctive, sportscar-like design enhances aerodynamics and efficiency whilst maximizing interior space. The car’s shortened front overhang, with the base of the windshield pulled dramatically forwards, creates a cab-forward, single-line design, which is unprecedented in the SUV and sedan segments.
CHASSIS IN CARBON FIBER
Carbon fibre, typically used in the aeronautic industry and in top-level racing cars, offers two major benefits:
Recyclability: carbon fibre can be recycled up to five times.
Performance: carbon fiber parts are 20 to 50% lighter than aluminium.
While carbon fiber is used in the super and hypercar segments, AEHRA is the first automotive OEM to use such technology in mainstream production vehicles.
ADVANCED BATTERIES
AEHRA’s batteries are uniquely designed so that each component is accessible and individually repairable, replaceable and recyclable, offering clear advantages in terms of efficiency, lower cost of ownership and sustainability.
The advanced cooling system allows for high battery performance also in extremely hot and very cold weather and for sustained charging speed (10%-80% in 15 min).
Engineered for bi-directional charging, AEHRA’s battery technology allows electricity to flow not only grid-to-car but also car-to-grid.
In terms of capacity, both the Estasi sedan and the Impeto SUV feature a large 120 kWh battery, delivering an exceptional 800 km range. The AEHRA supercar features a 96 kWh battery, providing an impressive 670 km range.
DIHEDRAL FACING DOORS
A combination of stunning looks and comfortable access is a dramatic signature feature of the entire AEHRA lineup.
The use of carbon fibre (light and resistant) allows the deployment of bespoke frameless doors.
